yes Proxy is Right ! to get better video go to cod4 open the console do /record and when u finish the video do /Stoprecord then go to cod4 files go to MODS then go to xm_de folder and you will see the folder demo! there are your video ! example if you want to watch demo0001 just open COD4 then press MODS then run xM mod then open console and type /demo demo0001 there u can watch the video and record it with fraps
